As a rule of thumb in Geoserver we want to trust the CRS embedded in the data.
This means we want to force only the CRS when the data has no information
whatsoever embedded.
Multiple geometric columns do present an issue, since we want to force a
declared one only on those that do miss a CRS, and preserve the one of columns
that do already have one. Having mixed and missing CRS is possible for example
in Postgis, where each geometry column can have its own.
So I need a way to partially force CRS on those geometry cols that miss one.
I'm adding methods that allow this partial forcing, preserving the ones that
did full forcing anyways (no API break)
