Okay I get it - the 2.4.M0 entry was not "released" from Jira. "Release" 
is a button on the administration page,
taking care of it now...

You will now find "2.4.M0" on the "Change Log" screen (rather then 
roadmap) and the list of bugs is much smaller (36 issues were moved).

Going over the release ntoes I see a lot to like (thanks especially to 
Andrea for the "Unclosed transactions should close automatically on 
finalize and complain loudly")
