Chris so far we have a single day with the facilities, and this will be 
at the end of the conference so I expect everyone to be tired.

I think the real goal here is to allow the developers time to interact 
with the public at large (last time we tended to hid in corners and code).

It is going to be tough call; can I actually have a conference call with 
one of your non-geo TOPP people about sprints (more information would be 
nice).

So far the things I like are cross project:
- Take the Feature model and update GeoTools / uDig / GeoServer
- Sit down with the other OSGeo projects and work on metadata interchange

If you feel strongly about the 3 days mark I can ask if the Refractions 
office could be available for the weekend, but it would be something 
arranged outside of the bounds of the formal OSGeo sponsored sprint.
