It was not intented. Just fixed as of revision 24701. Thanks for spotting that.
I wonder if we should rename "FactoryEPSGExtension" as "FactoryExtension"
(everything in this package is EPSG-related anyway, otherwise "EPSG" would
appears in every public class)? I also wonder if "FactoryUsingWKT" should
override the EPSG database by default (not "epsg-extension" or "esri", just the
user-provided CRS)? Do you think that most users would expect an "override"
behavior?
