The change was made on trunk only. In addition, trunk now requires Maven 2.0.5.
But you are right, you should be able to run "mvn install" with no -Pnojai and
no JAI installed.

If you have any failure, please let me know. One difference compared with the
old -Pnojai profile is that I tried to put JAI dependencies only in the modules
that require it, instead of putting JAI dependencies project-wide. So it is
quite possible that I missed some modules that worked on my PC for some reason
but do not work on other PC.
