Hey Cory,

your mail to the list is *way* more informative than your JIRA task.
When you update the JIRA to say you have done the work, can you add in
at least the contents of your mail? I'm working through the diffs of
2.0.0 against trunk and having to match the code changes against JIRA;
the more informative the JIRA, the easier it is on me. I'd rather not
have to keep track of the mailing list as well.
