Hi,
I don't want to use CRSAutorityFactory to create CoordinateReferenceSystem. I
have projection( like UTM), datum(like NAD27) and reference meridian(like -117)
and zone number, is there other ways to pass all these parameters to geotools
to create a coordinateReferenceSystem ? I researched on geotools website but I
didn't fine a method that can do it this way.
