If a user can have JAI installed, the warning should disaspear. Otherwise,
maybe
the easiest way is to delete the following line
org.geotools.referencing.operation.transform.WarpTransform2D$Provider
from the following file:
META-INF/services/org.geotools.referencing.operation.MathTransformProvider
if the referencing JAR.
