Include additional CRS in EPSG

I have been using data MARIS that uses the Mississippi Transverse Mercator
(MSTM) for Mississippi state wide crs coverage. See
http://www.maris.state.ms.us/HTM/Data.htm. I have to add this line to the
gt2-epsg-wkt-2.2.x.jar file so I could use the MSTM CRS.
The line added to the EPSG jar is:
47500=PROJCS["NAD83 / Mississippi Transverse Mercator
(MSTM)",GEOGCS["NAD83",DATUM["North_American_Datum_1983",SPHEROID["GRS
1980",6378137,298.257222101,AUTHORITY["EPSG","7019"]],TOWGS84[0,0,0],AUTHORITY["EPSG","6269"]],PRIMEM["Greenwich",0,AUTHORITY["EPSG","8901"]],UNIT["degree",0.01745329251994328,AUTHORITY["EPSG","9122"]],AUTHORITY["EPSG","4269"]],PROJECTION["Transverse_Mercator"],PARAMETER["latitude_of_origin",32.5],PARAMETER["central_meridian",-89.75],PARAMETER["scale_factor",0.9998335],PARAMETER["false_easting",500000],PARAMETER["false_northing",1300000],UNIT["meter",1],AUTHORITY["EPSG","47500"]]
Adding this to the EPSG file or being available in another properties file
would enhance it usefulness by being compatible with available with Maris data
without a workaround of adding a crs to the epsg file each time UDIG is
upgraded.
