Oracle datastore should try harder to cope with Oracle datastore CRS definition
brokenness

                 Key: GEOT-1521
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1521
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: data oraclespatial
    Affects Versions: 2.5-M0, 2.4-RC0
            Reporter: Andrea Aime
            Assignee: Andrea Aime
             Fix For: 2.4-RC1, 2.5-M1

As people know, Oracle SRS definition are usually quite broken, in that the WKT
is often both sintactically incorrect and referring to non standard projection
ids. The solution so far has been to use the SRS id and refer back to the
official EPSG database, but this works only if the id used is an official one.
There are some cases thought where id id not known, but the wkt is correct. For
this cases the oracle datastore should try to use the wkt definition in Oracle.
