Yes this is painful. I think (just a guess) that it is Jaloppy. In addition
Jaloppy overwrite every file even if it actually didn't changed anything.
Concequently the compiler believe that every files need to be recompiled,
instead of compiling only those that changed.
Can we disable completly Jaloppy from normal Maven build and find some way to
run it on a per-demand basis?
