Hey all, During monday's IRC I will table the proposal listed here: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/ Proposal+to+assign+our+copyright+to+OSGeo (you'll have to play with the link since email will butcher it).
The goal is to reach consensus of all the contributors who are interested in assigning their copyright to a single organization. The proposal is that we assign copyright to OSGeo, use the recently approved document, and that we all start signing the copyright assignment document. This will let us get going on a final provenance review of the Geotools material and let us graduate.
