Deegree WFS returns operations medatata URLs as
{{<ows:Get xlink:href="http://demo.deegree.org/deegree-wfs/services?";
xlink:type="simple" />}}
(i.e. it contains both xlink:href and xlink:type).
And the {{OnlineResourceType.href}} property parses to the content of the
{{xlink:type}} attribute instead of {{xlink:href}}
