Hi guys, in order to fix http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-1868 we need to backport something that we introduced on trunk on AbstractGridCoverage2DReader to support WCS 1.1.1. Specifically this method

Adding this to the incriminated class would be a change of a public API hence I am asking everyone if there are any objections against doing this, even though it should intrinsically an error free move.
