Basically, the module leverages on several GDAL libraries (On Windows: The
main GDAL DLL plus additional JNI DLLs as well as external libraries).
Due to licensing issues, If you would like to test Jp2000 kakadu / ecw
modules you should build your GDAL version.
Anyway, if your case is to simply rely on DTED reader, you can download the
ready to use Libraries from:
http://www.geo-solutions.it/libraries/windows-gdal-mrsid.zip [WINDOWS DLL
libs]
http://www.geo-solutions.it/libraries/linux-gdal-mrsid.zip [LINUX SO libs]
