Hi Justin, I guess I should create a jira for this, but just wanted to check first what the intended behaviour is.
I'm hanging on the wfs client because http://schemas.opengis.net is hanging and this the xsd parser hangs out when trying to parse a capabilities. My understanding is the schema locators in the xsd modules should override the schema locations for the known schemas (for example owsAll.xsd) but that not seems to be the case. Right now schemas.opengis.net is down and hence I can't parse anything that refers to a schema located in there, with error messages like "Error parsing: http://schemas.opengis.net/ows/1.0.0/owsAll.xsd"; in ParserHandler.java. I tried to see what's going on but I'm having a hard time figuring it out, so may be it would be easier for you to do so? And if you ask me, yes, schemas.opengis.net is one of those site I wouldn't expect to be down. Anyway, correct me if I'm wrong and it is not expected for the schema location to be overriden every time a well known schema for which bingings exist appear.
