As a follow up to this review; I should check that your test data files were generated by you? test data does not have a header so we end up documenting it in a review.apt file. Your contributions are covered Refraction's agreement with OSGeo so we are good on that front. When you are nominated for commit access we will ask you to sign a code contribution agreement.
