Take a GeoServer release (say, 1.7.0). Take the jars needed to make your
datastore run and drop them into geoserver/WEB-INF/lib, and (re)start
GeoServer. Then go into configuration/data/datastore/new, if all goes
well your datastore should appear in the drop down list, choose it,
give a name, and configure it with the necessary parameters.

Let me know how it goes. If that works we can include the datastore
as a GeoServer extension and include it in the official releases.
