Hi list,
I would like to move the gt-imageio-ext-gdal module from unsupported to
plugin module.
I have updated the wiki page with additional information and Gold Star
Quality check updates:

More precisely:
- IP Review (All code has proper headers, and all data have been checked
(freely redistributable)). Everything is contained in the review.apt file
- Quality Assurance check. Any submodule got a code coverage > 60%.
- All javadocs and documentations are in place (see links contained in the
wiki page).
- No blocking issues have been found. (the module also successfully build
when Native libs are missing. Required JARs have been deployed on
refractions repository).
I have did a full build with test on geotools and everything built fine.
The module leverages on the ImageIO-Ext 1.0.0 version available at:
https://imageio-ext.dev.java.net/
See [1] for more info on release 1.0.0 and binaries available.
I'm waiting for voting to move the module in the plugin area.
