To be fair I have to say that my primary target is to do a GeoXACML 
implementation (my customers need it and it is part of my master thesis) 

GeoXACML requires an XACML implementation, at the moment I am looking for an 
OS Project where I can contribute the implementation as GSOC Project. 

I also thought about including GeoXACML in geoserver but I have no idea how 
to do it. Again, to be fair, at the moment I am studying the SAML and XACML 
specifications to get my hands around the problem. 

The WCS client would be my second target, only if I have no possibility to 
do a GSOC GeoXACML implementation. 

If there is another student saying "I will do it", so he should do it.
