Attached patch adds SubstitutionGroupXSAnyTypeBinding. This is a replacement
for XSAnyTypeBinding that searches child element substitution groups to locate
properties, and thus supports the encoding of the GML property type pattern.
This patch is required for encoding of application schema WFS responses.
