Attached is a patch for enabling the handling of
Hints.GEOMETRY_GENERALIZE
Hinst.GEOMETRY_SIMPLIFY
for the jdbc-ng data stores
I added a test case for each of the hints. The patch is transparent, no code or
test case is broken.
A data store not supporting these hints will also pass the new test cases.
I tested with db2 and it works.
The concept of the "addHints" Method does not work for the JDBCFeatureStore
class. I did a workaround in the constructor. Anything else should be straigt
forward.
