thanks for taking the time to review my three GeoTools and two GeoServer 
patches, which I committed today. I am aware from Jira traffic that you 
are pretty busy, so thanks for the quick turnaround.

As I noted in Jira, all the CITE WFS 1.0 tests pass, and I only get one 
CITE WFS 1.1 failure (GEOS-1854, pre-existing problem with postgresql 
8.3). I also had to hack GeoServerLoader to cope with the auto-upgrade 
of the citewfs-1.1 config (GEOS-2922).

There are still some outstanding problems in complex feature encoding 
(such as encoding arbitrary XML attributes), so expect more patches.
