Gabriel discovered this bug. Attributes in complex types with simple contents
aren't encoded. This is because SimpleFeatureType is created for such types,
then recreated during encoding with the namespaces ignored. All the tests in GS
and GT ran OK. I'm yet to run CITE tests though.
