Following Geoserver workshop in Perth, the need for vocabulary functions in
mapping file was identified.
Jody has created VocabFunction that takes a URI for the properties file that
serves as a lookup table as a parameter.
I was to write unit tests for existing functions: CategorizeFunction,
RecodeFunction and InterpolateFunction.
However, the InterpolateFunction doesn't seem to be fully implemented, and I
don't see the need for this function for now anyway, so it's not yet tested.
I made some changes (that Jody did mostly anyway) in RecodeFunction, to be
reviewed. The rest of the patch are just test materials in app-schema.
