Have Oracle-NG uppercase the schema name by default

The old oracle datastore siply refused any schema name that was not fully
uppercase. The current one accepts everything but only uppercase schema names
do actually work.
Just doing like the old code seems a little retarted, if you know in advance
only uppercase name do work don't have the user retype that, just do it :-)
