GridCoverage2D.evaluate methods to work directly with grid coordinates

At the moment if someone want the data in a GridCoverage2D by grid location, as
opposed to world location, they have two options:
1. convert grid location to world location and use existing evaluate methods
(wasteful)
2. get the backing image and work with it directly (subjects users to JAI etc)
The attached patch adds evaluate methods that work with grid (pixel) locations
expressed as GridCoordinate2D objects for int, float and double data.
