JDBC-NG datastore should keep a reference to the table schema in the feature
type metadata

                 Key: GEOT-2833
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2833
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: data jdbc-ng
    Affects Versions: 2.6.0
            Reporter: Andrea Aime
            Assignee: Andrea Aime
             Fix For: 2.6.1

The current code works fine as long as the user specified as connection schema.
The schema parameter is actually optional, and in that case tables from all the
schemas are listed, but the code starts breaking in various points because
there is no information about the schema in which each table was gathered from.

We should store and use the table schema instead, and use the user provided
schema parameter just for filtering the tables returned by getTypeNames() and
getFeatureType()
