Sounds like a great community module; since Andrea has given you the
+1 we can now go through the process of getting you commit access.

The page is here; and it involves you sending something into OSGeo -
you can see the sample "Welcome Letter" and attachment[1] that Andrea
could of sent you. Just let us know when you have sent it away to
OSGeo and we can set you up (any committer can set you up).
