It makes sense from an abstraction point of view; however right now we
are really leaning on Andrea a lot and he is module maintainer there.
So I would expect you would need to join forces with him in order to
pull that off.

Let us go bash our heads against the problem on the geoapi list (ow -
the pain) and confirm that temporal fits along side the other axis.
