Thanks - that will tighten up the quickstart.rst example and give us less to 
explain.

I would defer to Micheal on this one; for me the driver is the quickstart.rst 
and I am not sure if he is targetting 2.6.x or trunk?

Module name will be fine; if there is any other call for svg support (say a 
process that converts features to svg) we can add it to that module.
