We do have a window here; I am making the tag now so Mark can try tagging and bagging geoserver. However if any critical issues, or missing features, are found I can do this again.
I will also swap uDig trunk on to the 2.6.1 tag for the duration. Micheal if we were ambitious we would ask the user list to try the tutorials on the website against 2.6.1 and provide feedback.
