+1 for me.

This practice works very well in GeoServer. GeoTools is a larger and 
longer established project, and in my opinion, usually has a slight edge 
in everything from code quality, unit test coverage, to tool support. 
The one area where GeoServer has been, in my view, much better, is the 
automatic generation of documentation using Sphinx, which allows 
high-quality documentation to be generated from sources managed in svn. 
I am very pleased to see GeoTools adopting this tried and tested tool 
for documentation.
