Gabriel, this is nothing to do with app-schema. The problems I have 
found are in core GeoTools type information, schema handling, XML 
encoding, and GeoServer WFS. I have given two examples in which a 
HashMap is used to populate an ordered construct in core code, resulting 
in platform variation in behaviour.
