Hmmm.... I am not sure. I am not sure you can just drop a separately built
doctree into an existing one... although it might work. Not sure what would
happen with things like style resources and such.
I tried linking (with svn external) but the tutorials have references back
to source file which don't work if i build them one level deeper. So i guess
we should build them and upload them separately and then just manually edit
the docs.geotools.org index page to link to them.
