One of the things getting in the way of conversation with Niels was the request to add a method to PropertyName. Turns out that almost all of the interfaces we are interested in talking about are part of geoapi-pending (almost to be expected since we are bound to have fun as we implement app-schema). The above jira creates a "gt-util" module; with the interfaces from geoapi-pending; the license remains with the OGC etc... I would like to ask for review (or approval) to commit the above; and then look at taking some of the low level "utility" classes out of "metadata"; for details see the jira report.
