The module gt-opengis was added successfully.

I had a look at what in gt-api breaks; if it only depended on gt-opengis (and 
not on gt-referencing and gt-metadata)

It amounts to utility classes used during implementation.
- CRS (from referencing is used by the JTS utility class)
- Factory classes (Hints, GeoTools, FactoryRegistery etc)
- Utilities (helpful methods when implementing equals etc...)

So what can we do with this information?
- nothing! (it does compile after all)
- We may be able to move the factory and utility classes into gt-api; and move 
the JTS utility class into referencing.
  (this may be preferable to my initial request that we make a gt-util module 
to hold these classes)
