Hi all,
There was some informal conversation about branching 2.7.x end of this week
and putting out 2.7-RC1, but nothing agreed upon.
What do people think? Is it time? If so I can create the branch tomorrow or
end of day today and start the RC1 release process. Is anyone working on
something they want included in 2.7-RC1?
I for one am working with Erik on getting this patch for GML3 arc and circle
support in before the final 2.7.

However there is no api change (well non additive) and by default will be
disabled so i don't see it as crucial to get it into RC1.
Thoughts?
