Improve ImageMosaic results when asking for oversampled requests
-----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-3416
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3416
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: gc imagemosaic
    Affects Versions: 2.7-RC1
            Reporter: Daniele Romagnoli
            Assignee: Daniele Romagnoli
             Fix For: 2.7.0, 2.8-M1

When requesting a coverage from an ImageMosaic at a resolution near to/greater
than(Oversampling) the dataset's higher resolution, some thiny white lines may
be produced along the tiles edges.
This is mainly due to some optimizations contained in the ImageMosaic
operations chaining logic which may result in slight loss of accuracy when
chaining these transformations. This may result in loosing a pixel along the
border.

We should make sure that this won't happen anymore.

The modern datacenter depends on network connectivity to access resources
and provide services. The best practices for maximizing a physical server's
connectivity to a physical network are well understood - see how these
rules translate into the virtual world?
