Ended up being a a better fit for the documentation page.
I also could not manage to make the logos look good. Indeed I could not make
them both a logo and a link (perhaps this is a limitation of sphinx? Looks like
justin did sphinx template creativity to get our existing documentation,
getinovlved picture links in there.
