Hi all,
I would like to backport the teradata module to the 2.7.x branch but to do
so a few core jdbc patches would have to be backported:

The patches in question are fairly low risk. They simply add a few callbacks
to the dialect api. No existing dialects should be affected.
Any concerns or objections?
