Okay this is "just" a bit of clean up; but one I thought I would help with as
it is getting in my way of cleaning up org.geotools.filter.FilterFactory use.
The gt-jdbc module contains the "last generation" JDBCDataStore implementation
base classes which are currently only used by gt-posgis. They are all marked
with a deprecation message indicating they are going to be removed in GeoTools
2.7.
While this has not happened we *can* move them into the gt-postgis module
leaving gt-postgis clean and tidy.
