GraphicStroke has setters and getters for InitialGap and Gap, but they are lost
when storing the Style to SLD or duplicating the Style. Attached are two
patches: One with tests shiwing the deficit, and one path with a fix that
implements storing and loading and copying of GraphicStroke parameters
InitalGap and Gap.
It would be great if i could get a go to comit the small patch.
