Alberto, this is the developer list, you should not ask questions
here. The description of the list is clear
(http://geotools.org/getinvolved.html):

"The developer list is meant for discussions that pertaining to the
actual development of the geotools library. If you have a patch you
would like to contribute, or an issue with a plug-in you are working
on, discuss it on this list"

Instead you should ask on the user list, after reading the posting
guidelines at 
http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/welcome/userlistguide.html

Anyways, that error normally impliies your classpath is not properly
setup, either
you are mixing jars coming from different versions of geotools or are
missing some jar in it
(by the error I'd say the former is more likely)
