Oops ,sorry for not catching this, my last update wiped out my java 5
install so i have actually been compiling with java 6 :(
That said, after i restored java 5, i was able to reproduce the issue. And
I just confirmed that indeed the 2.7.x build is using java 5. My guess is
that the profile on the server is not being activated... probably because
the working directory is off or something.
So I turned off the profile for 2.7.x. If you are building with java 6 you
can still engage it explicitly.
