For some time the trunk build has been off on OSX. Two issues:
1. Generic hell with Range and NumberRange classes (compilations only occur
with eclipse compiler... maven compiler seems ok, so maybe there is some
setting we can set in eclipse, i looked but found nothing)
2. WarpTransform2D test
For (1) this patch does some casting and for (2) the tests are disabled, tried
to debug the actual cause but couldn't figure it out.
