I thought I already mentioned it but I agree with Andrea that no, the OGC
schema change should not get in the way of the release. Maybe we need more
of the PSC to vote but i am -1 on getting this in now. Imo something we
should play with for 9.x and if straight forward enough possibly backport
to 8.x.
