GeometryCoordinateSequenceTransformer will now use the
CoordinateSequenceFactory of the input geometry by default. (Previously it
used the default CoordinateArraySequenceFactory). This allows using
LiteCoordinateSequence all the way through the WFS pipeline. This is
important, since LiteCoordinateSequence provides accurate information on
coordinate dimension (this is used in a follow-up patch for improving WFS 3D
support).
