Good Evening Meilong:

If I can ask you to keep questions to the GeoTools user list. As a professional
working with open source software one of the ways I earn a living is with
support contacts (allowing me to directly help people with one on one
interaction). If you are interested please let me know.

The GeoTools user list is very helpful; allowing everyone to compare notes and
offer advice, and links to useful information.

You will find that the GeoTools training material covers reading from a csv
file and outputting a shapefile; you can use the same technique (and libraries)
to reverse the process if you like.

You will also find that GeoTools supports a text format (based on Java
properties files) that may suite your needs. Please go through the training
material; and let us know how it works out for you.

My personal recommendation would be to extra the information from the shapefile
(see the Query tutorial) and write it out into a PostGIS database.
