This sounds reasonable to me. I also notice a bunch of "FIXME" labels in that
binding... perhaps separating it can resolve those as well.

same problem with srsDimension (where it's not allowed with older GML).
So I was thinking, instead of doing this and make it configurable, I could just
create a new AbstractGeometryTypeBinding that handles uomLabels under
/gt-xsd-gml3/src/main/java/org/geotools/gml3/v3_2/bindings.
Please let me know what you think about this approach.
